PROPOSED BIODIVERSITY RESERVE
The Rivière-Delay proposed biodiversity reserve (Réserve de biodiversité projetée de la Rivière-Delay) protects a corridor in which the Delay River flows, along with Lac Chanikamisu, where the river widens. This reserve is also within the range of the Leaf River migratory caribou herd.
