Main conservation objectives
To protect a rare feature of the Lac Faribault Plateau natural region, the entire southern portion of which is dominated by gently sloping landforms covered by a relatively thick layer of glacial deposits, while a small area in the northwest portion of the territory has a distinctive drumlinoid deposit.
